The flow control unit solves that.

Moving the "T" - to its ideal location right next to the water pump is important to avoid spillback up the rad hose back to the radiator. The kit also includes a hose mender and clamps to do that without buying a new radiator hose.

Re install the stock thermostat - this is installed because the thermostat temperature effects the whole engine and on a 90 degree day the bottom end runs 85 degrees hotter than the thermostat temp, so using the stock 160 degree thermostat helps keep the bottom end temperature in your engine oil's operating range (up to 257 degrees F) and with the stock thermostat and the MCP way of doing things even in Cold weather the bottom end gets over 215 degrees which cooks off any moisture that cold weather causes to collect in the bottom end.

Lower Fan activation switch - not included, but should be done to reduce the operating range window, and to keep the entire system from overheating, the stock switch is 215 degrees, the other recommended ones are 185 degrees. This helps in city traffic and on slow technical trails.

You have to consider the entire motor when modifying the cooling system, not just the top end.

Comes with :
Flow Control Unit - Laser etched "MCP" installs on the recirculation line (highly visible)
1x Hose Mender (to move the "T" to it's ideal location near the water pump)
4x plated spring hose clamps (2 large & 2 small)
Instructions
MCP Sticker

(You need the stock thermostat on hand, and we also recommend a lower temperature fan activation switch - not included - see our Facebook page for details.)

1st photo - flow control unit colors
second photo - where it mounts
third photo - the recommended GEN 2 Yamaha switch (not included)
fourth photo - the recommended GEN 1 eBay fan switch (for atv's) (not included)
fifth photo - normal operating range the MCP way
sixth photo - normal operating range with other systems.
seventh photo - hose mender to move the T & spring clamps (included)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0903/6739/4105/files/720457555_993561986904229_1687003876020294876_n.jpg?v=1781128557
https://www.megacityperformance.ca/products/mcp-bypass-conversion-kit-if-you-have-another-brand-bypass-mod-and-want-it-to-work-the-mcp-way
