includes the Air Cut Off block plate (pictured) and the required o ring and vacuum plug. includes the proper pilot and main jet for your config (if you choose the correct one, see title/description), also includes instructions

Users report this kit also seems to work well with other needles, not as good as with the MCP needle but it works.
